Sunny Patch is a modern detached three bedroom self catering holiday home furnished to a very high standard.

Linen, towels, gas and electricity are all included in the price. There is parking for up to three cars in the private driveway. The back garden is fully enclosed making it a safe place for the children to play with the many outdoor toys provided.

The downstairs contains entrance hall with cloakroom.

The large living room has two leather sofas and a reclining chair to help you relax after a hectic day. Enjoy the TV with Sky. Watch a video or DVD. Listen to some music on the hi-fi. Play some games, or just relax by the fire with a selection of books. For those of you who like access to the internet, Sunny Patch is wi-fi enabled.

The dining area has French doors leading out to the garden, with seating area. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential items such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is a tumble dryer situated in the garage.

Upstairs you will find the family bathroom, with bath and shower. The double bedroom has a king size bed, and there are plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobes, and bedside tables. This room also has an en-suite shower room.

The twin room contains two singe beds, built in storage, bedside table and a tall set of drawers.

The single room contains one single bed, dressing table and built in storage containing games and a selection of childrens toys.

The master bedroom and twin room have televisions, and a hairdryer is provided for your use.

Outside the back garden is fully enclosed. There is a seating area and a lawn for the children to play on. There are many games in the garage to keep them occupied, such as swingball, basketball, table football, air hockey etc. There are also bikes in the garage for your use and a playhouse situated in the garden.

For families wishing to stay at Sunny Patch, we hope you find you are well catered for. We have supplied a travel cot, highchair, pushchair, bedguards, changing mat. We have also provided everyday items such as childrens cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, potties, toilet steps, steam sterilizer and bottle warmers.

You can arrange for your holiday groceries to be delivered just after you arrive.
