Tariff of Sunny Patch self catering family holiday home

All prices are for one week stay that runs Saturday - Saturday

If you wish to stay for longer than one week, please contact us for a discounted price.

Short breaks are available. Please contact us with your required dates and we will get back to you with as soon as possible with the availability and price.

• We require the completed booking form and deposit to be returned to us within 14 days of your requested dates being confirmed to secure your booking. 
• The deposit is 30% of the rent. 
• The balance of the holiday must be paid six weeks prior to arrival. 
• If the booking is made within the six weeks, the whole sum is payable upon booking. 
• All linen, towels, gas and electricity are included. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. 
• Sunny Patch is strictly no smoking throughout. 
• Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. 
• Arrival is after 4pm. 
• Departure is by 10.30am.
